This kit provides everything you need to confidently lead a training session or leadership development programs on your own. Trainer certification is not required for delivering the Everything DiSC Work of Leaders® profiles and training, although it is available.
The kit is designed to be flexible and comprehensive. It uses a modular design to create an end-to-end leadership development program. It features five 60-90 minutes modules, thought provoking group discussions, experiential learning activities and all new leadership focused video. Using the framework of Vision, Alignment, and Execution, Work of Leaders encourages leaders to understand their own leadership behaviors and how they impact their effectiveness.
The program is research based and is the result of a four-year research and development effort and input from more than 300 subject matter experts at over 150 organizations.
