B. USE A PRE-PAID PURCHASE ORDER:
Use a PRE-PAID PURCHASE ORDER.  We deliver electronically or ship same day or next business day upon receipt of funds. You control how quickly the funds get to us at the web prices.

• Process:  Ask us to generate an invoice at web prices transmitting your request in one of the following ways:

  • Email Request for Invoice for Pre-Paid Purchase Order (preferred method); or

  • Email the completed PO to:  PO is attached Email.

  • Your invoice request must clearly specify Bill to Information, Ship to Information, PO # if applicable, Phone, Fax, AND EMAIL of contact person.

• We will email an invoice to you so you may complete your PO paperwork process.

• Important time sensitive Policy Announcement Change:  A 15% Manual Entry Paper Handling surcharge is added to your cost for our manual processing of your invoices, purchase orders, checks, and billing documents.  SAVE 15% and use credit card secure online ordering.  This is a pass through cost.  Online transactions save everyone money.    Paperwork processing for prepaid purchase orders and payment by check is 15% more expensive to us as a vendor to process than online orders paid by credit card.  We have found that handling checks is far less secure than online credit card processing.   If you elect purchase order and/or check payment ordering, it will cost 15% more than the web prices.

• Your organization gets funds to us.  When we receive funds by whatever means, we will ship your order or begin your electronic delivery at web prices.

• This is a very favorable option for those with PO systems
