With DiSC® you don't need to hire a consultant to interpret tests or conduct training. Here are a few examples of how to customize and have fun in your trainings.
Choose the best version of DiSC to meet the needs of your organization and participants.
Consider ordering one of the facilitation kits to make your training sessions easier for you as a trainer and more memorable for your participants.

Group and facilitator reports
Want to know about your group's styles and culture? If you have more than three people who complete DiSC tests, a Group Report can add insight about your participants and the dynamics of the group. You can run these reports yourself if you have an EPIC account.
Everything DiSC® reports
Designed to help the facilitator better understand the group and prepare for training sessions, this report describes all profiles of the group and the culture of the group. It summarizes all data and defines issues to consider for all styles. Note that it provides participant names.
Sample Everything DiSC Facilitator Report
Supplement for Facilitators
This three-page report provides you with more detailed data about a respondent's DiSC style and dot placement. It provides scores for all eight DiSC scales: D, Di/iD, i, iS/Si, S, SC/CS, C and CD/DC; giving you more information to help your participant understand his or her style. Some facilitators like to use this report with anyone who feels like their style isn’t completely reflective of who they are. Or they review it for someone who has a shaded section on their circular model that’s outside their dominant style. Available free in EPIC.
