Using DiSC with a group? We reccommend an Everything DiSC Admin Account. An Admin Account makes assessment administration easier and gives your participants access to features like Your Groups, which lets you build teams and view style comparisons across the group.

For each profile ordered, you will receive an email with a link and code required for taking the assessment. This email will be sent automatically from [email protected] to the billing email address entered during checkout. You will receive one email for each profile purchased.
Note: You'll need to forward the email(s) if you're giving the assessment as a gift or to a team of people. If you want to see their completed profile, you'll need to ask them to send their report to you.
The assessment experience is as easy as:
- Create your Catalyst login
- Take the assessment
- Discover your profile
- It takes 15-20 minutes to complete the questionnaire.
- Participants will create a secure account to complete the assessment and review their results and DiSC profile.
- The profile report is available immediately upon completion and can be accessed online or downloaded as a PDF.
- The assessment measures the participant's profile across 8 behavioral dimensions, making the report extra personalized.
- This online assessment is designed for individual participants.
This workplace-specific report focuses on the learner's priorities and strengths. It's divided into 6 learning modules.
