- The administrator sends a customized email to all participants with a link to the online questionnaire.
- The administrator may elect to allow participants to view their results immediately or to withhold results for distribution at a later time, such as during a training session.
- It takes about 30 minutes to complete the questionnaire.
- Participants will create a secure account to complete the assessment and review their results and DiSC profile.
- The profile report is available immediately upon completion and can be accessed online or downloaded as a PDF.
- The assessment measures the participant's profile across 8 behavioral dimensions, making the report extra personalized.
- This online assessment is designed for individual participants.
