Admin Account Setup

For the administrator:

• The administrator sends a customized email to all participants with a link to the online questionnaire. 
• The administrator may elect to allow participants to view their results immediately or to withhold results for distribution at a later time, such as during a training session.

Assessment details

• It takes about 30 minutes to complete the questionnaire.
• Participants will create a secure account to complete the assessment and review their results and DiSC profile.
• The profile report is available immediately upon completion and can be accessed online or downloaded as a PDF.
• The assessment measures the participant's profile across 8 behavioral dimensions, making the report extra personalized.
• This online assessment is designed for individual participants.

Team Development

• Scores teams on the key behaviors every team needs to succeed: Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results.

Personal Development

• Teaches the essential teamwork principles that can help make anyone a better, more effective teammate—no matter what team they're on.

Our staff will set up your administrator account and add credits. An account setup can take up to 24 hours to complete.

Once created, you will receive an email from [email protected] with instructions on where to log in and how to use the account.
