The ROI of getting certified

Investing in DiSC® certification equips your organization with lasting internal capability, reducing long-term training costs and increasing the impact of every DiSC experience you deliver.

By the numbers

Certification investment: $3,995

  • Pays for itself after 2-3 in-person, half-day workshops when replacing external facilitators.
  • 60–80% lower delivery costs for organizations running 10–20 DiSC sessions per year through internal facilitation.

Beyond the numbers

Having a Certified DiSC practitioner in your organization means DiSC can become part of your growth strategy, not just a one-time training.

  • Certified practitioners understand the nuances of DiSC and know how to make the content resonate with their teams.
  • Better workshops give teams practical tools they can use in their next conversation, meeting, or moments of conflict.
  • With a certified practitioner, teams can continue apply DiSC knowledge consistently—long after the session ends.

Facilitators choose to become certified because Everything DiSC® Certification builds the confidence and deep knowledge needed to deliver truly impactful learning experiences. Certification offers hands-on practice, expert feedback, and a deep understanding of the research behind the model. It also provides a recognized credential and access to exclusive resources, helping facilitators stand out and consistently deliver high-quality Everything DiSC experiences.

No prior experience is necessary — Everything DiSC Certification is designed to build your confidence and make you a more effective facilitator! The course builds your skills through live, instructor-led sessions, practice activities, and real-world application. So, even if you’re new, you’ll gain the confidence to effectively facilitate Everything DiSC!

There are several assessments offered by others that reference the DISC model, but we only offer Everything DiSC® profiles and certification.

The program prepares you to confidently facilitate all of the Everything DiSC profiles, including Workplace, Management, Sales, Agile EQ, Work of Leaders, and Worksmart. Because Everything DiSC is built on rigorous, proprietary research, Certification focuses exclusively on these tools to ensure depth, consistency, and real-world impact.

Each certification course includes up to 36 participants. You’ll spend much of the course actively practicing in small groups—facilitating, discussing real scenarios, and learning from your peers’ experiences! This makes the Certification program feel more like a working session than a lecture, allowing you to build both skills and strong connections with your cohort as you learn together.

No, the certification does not expire. When you become Everything DiSC® certified, you earn a credential that stays with you for the long term, reinforcing your credibility wherever your work takes you.

Attendance is required for all sessions of this certification course, but we understand that life happens. You may reschedule your Certification in the Online Training Center as many times as you need to until your selected Certification course begins. At that point, you'll be locked into your selected date.

Certification is non-refundable, and Certification course access cannot be transferred to another employee at your organization.

Certification is delivered virtually. Participants value the flexibility of joining from anywhere, without travel time, while still experiencing highly hands‑on, interactive sessions designed for real practice. In fact, many tell us the virtual format makes it easier to stay engaged and immediately apply what they’re learning.
