The Everything DiSC Worksmart experience gives participants everything in our best-selling Workplace profile — plus five additional interactive modules designed to help teams cultivate better collaboration by applying DiSC concepts to real everyday workplace scenarios. Worksmart includes both self-guided versions of these modules, and versions that can be led by a facilitator!
Participants will receive:
- A deeper understanding of their own style, preferences, motivators, and stressors.
- A greater appreciation for their colleagues' differing working styles.
- Practical strategies for building stronger relationships, more effective communication, and navigating conflict.
- Five interactive Worksmart modules with scenario-based learning and personalized action planning tools. Includes access to 5 self-guided, self-paced modules and 5 modules designed for facilitator-led trainings.
This workplace-specific report focuses on the learner's priorities and strengths. It includes 11 learning modules — the 6 core Workplace modules plus 5 Worksmart-exclusive modules (available in a self-guided format and a format designed to be led by a facilitator).
✦ Action Planning — exclusive to Worksmart: Each Worksmart module is interactive and includes a personalized action planning tool, allowing participants to map out exactly how they'd approach specific scenarios with specific colleagues in mind. No other DiSC profile offers this feature.

The assessment experience is as easy as:
- Create your Catalyst login
- Take the assessment
- Discover your profile
Assessment details:
- It takes 15–20 minutes to complete the questionnaire.
- Participants will create a secure account to complete the assessment and review their results and DiSC profile.
- The profile report is available immediately upon completion and can be accessed online or downloaded as a PDF.
- The assessment measures the participant's profile across 8 behavioral dimensions, making the report extra personalized.
- This online assessment is designed for individual participants.
Accessing Worksmart:
- After completing the assessment, individuals will have access to Worksmart’s modules
- Modules available in two formats to fit any team’s needs - self-guided for on-demand learning and trainer-led for deeper team practice.
- Both formats cover the same five topics and include personalized DiSC-based action plans.
For each profile ordered, you will receive an email with a link and code required for taking the assessment. This email will be sent automatically from [email protected] to the billing email address entered during checkout. You will receive one email for each profile purchased.
