What is Worksmart?
Worksmart is a dynamic experience within Everything DiSC® on Catalyst™ designed to help people apply DiSC insights to the interactions that shape their work.
By focusing on real workplace scenarios, Worksmart equips individuals with practical strategies they can use immediately to communicate clearly, navigate challenges, and build stronger working relationships.
The learning modules
Worksmart is divided into 5 learning modules that transform DiSC insight into action.
Through focused, scenario-based learning, individuals learn how to:

Built for real work, flexible for real teams
Worksmart is designed to fit seamlessly into the way your organization learns best. Worksmart includes both facilitator-led and self-guided module options.
Self-guided modules
Learners can move through modules at their own pace—perfect for:
- Self-guided personal development
- Reinforcing DiSC concepts over time
- Building action plans before key conversations
- Trying out Worksmart before using it across your organization
These modules are self-paced, but learners should expect to spend about 20 minutes on each module.
Trainer-led modules
Worksmart also shines in facilitated sessions, with modules that facilitators can use to support:
- Team workshops
- Coaching sessions
- Leadership programs
These modules are designed to take under an hour per module to facilitate. Built-in discussion questions and structured exercises make it easy for facilitators to guide meaningful conversations.
Purchasing Worksmart
Whether you are piloting with a small group or rolling out organization-wide, Everything DiSC Worksmart makes it easy to bring practical collaboration skills to your people.
If you're using Worksmart with a group or team:
Purchase an Everything DiSC Admin Account and give participants access to Worksmart in the Catalyst Administrator Experience.
If you want to try the profile first before expanding:
Start small with one Worksmart profile, a great way to introduce the platform, demonstrate value, and build momentum before expanding.
If you already have an Everything DiSC Admin Account:
You can get access to the Worksmart modules for just 20 EPIC credits per learner. Simply buy the amount of EPIC credits you need to give access to your learners, and send them access in the Catalyst Administrator Experience!
Launch Worksmart in your organization:
You can get Worksmart for your organization by purchasing an Everything DiSC Admin Account. You can get it for a single user by purchasing a Worksmart profile.
Once you have an Admin Account, you assign Worksmart to your participants through the Catalyst Administrator Experience. Here's how!
1. Buy an Everything DiSC Administrative Account. Already have an Admin Account? Simply buy the number of EPIC credits you need to send Worksmart access to each of your learners.
2. Activate the Catalyst Administrator experience for free! Follow the instructions or watch a 2-minute video walking you through the steps below! It's super simple.
3. Log into your Catalyst Account.
4. Start the process of sending an access code.
5. On the screen that allows you to select add-ons, you'll see the option to add on Worksmart!
