The all-new Catalyst Practitioner Experience is your home base for Catalyst facilitation resources. It has everything you need to lead engaging DiSC sessions for your people.
The experience is accessed right in the Catalyst platform, so you don't have to keep track of additional links or login information.
For use with Everything DiSC Workplace on Catalyst and/or the currently available add-on profiles: Everything DiSC Agile EQ and Everything DiSC Management (profiles sold separately and available in your Catalyst Administrator Account).
The Catalyst Practitioner Experience includes

The newest version of official DiSC facilitation materials, including customizable PowerPoints, facilitation scripts, helpful videos, & handouts for your learners
- Additional learner and group insights with deeper information and the ability to compare learners*
- Ability to generate unlimited Group Culture and Facilitator Reports*
- Access to the Practitioner Community, where like-minded Client-Practitioners can connect and learn from each other
- Access to opportunities for continued learning, including the new DiSC Foundations course
- Access to the Catalyst Practitioner Experience will be sent via an email that includes the unique facilitation kit serial number. The email will be sent from [email protected]. Please allow 24 hours for receipt of the email. It will include instructions on how to activate the experience in the Catalyst platform.
- Once you've entered your serial number in the Catalyst platform, you'll receive another email with instructions on how to access the practitioner community. Please allow 24-48 hours for receipt of this email.
If you haven't done so already, be sure to sync your EPIC and Catalyst accounts to gain access to the Catalyst Practitioner Experience after you purchase.
When your organization is ready to get started, you and/or your account administrator will send yourselves assessment access codes. Taking the assessment will allow you to explore the Catalyst platform and unlock the admin tools you'll use to run your DiSC program.
Then, you'll send access codes to participants, which arrive in an email with a link to the online questionnaire. Participants respond to behavioral statements on a five-point scale, including application-specific questions to help determine their Workplace style and priorities. After they complete the assessment, they’ll gain access to their results and more information about the DiSC model in Catalyst.
