DiSC assessment FAQs

DiSC assessments are personality assessments that measure behavioral tendencies and preferences. Learners respond to an adaptive questionnaire, saying how much they agree with statements such as “I am dynamic” or “I love meeting new people.” They discover their DiSC style—D, i, S, C, or a blend of two styles—and priorities.
D for dominance, i for influence, S for steadiness, and C for conscientiousness: the four main personality types of the DiSC model.
