Once created, you will receive an email from [email protected] with instructions on where to log in and how to use the account.
The administrator sends a customized email to all participants with a link to the online questionnaire. Participants respond to behavioral statements on a five-point scale, including application-specific questions to help determine their DiSC style and workplace priorities.
For the participants, the assessment experience is as easy as:
- Create your Catalyst login
- Take the assessment
- Explore your DiSC profile
- It takes 15-20 minutes to complete the questionnaire.
- Participants will create a secure account to complete the assessment and review their results and DiSC profile.
- The profile report is available immediately upon completion and can be accessed online or downloaded as a PDF.
- The assessment measures the participant's profile across multiple behavioral dimensions, making the report extra personalized.
Participants will access Workplace, Management, and Agile EQ profiles in the interactive Catalyst platform. Learners can also download and print PDF profiles from Catalyst. Administrator functionality is avaiable in both Catalyst and EPIC for these profiles. Learn more about managing assessments in Catalyst.
