Deliver engaging and impactful Five Behaviors experiences
Facilitator certification is designed for consultants and in-house facilitators to enable them to scale and customize The Five Behaviors learning experience to their organization and needs.
Advanced training for using the Five Behaviors program includes:
- Two weeks of rigorous self-guided online work, including four instructor-led, virtual classroom sessions (attendance required)
- Certification credentials granted by Wiley upon course completion and passing score on the final exam
- Administrator Account (EPIC) with 50 EPIC Credits (enough for 2 Personal Development profiles)
- Digital Five Behaviors Facilitation Kit (link sent upon registration), which is required for the course and included in the purchase price
The Five Behaviors® Certification course spans two weeks of learning, combining live, instructor-led sessions with self-guided online learning.
Participants will:
- Complete five asynchronous learning modules (2-3 hours per module).
- Attend and engage in four live, instructor-led virtual sessions (two hours each).
- Present an application project and receive valuable feedback.
- Take the final Certification Exam to measure understanding of the key Five Behaviors concepts (A passing score of 80% is required).

To ensure that you receive all course emails, be sure to add the following to your email Safe Sender list:
To obtain your credential you'll need to achieve:
- satisfactory, on-time completion of all self-directed learning activities
- active participation in all facilitated sessions, and
- a passing score on the final certification exam.
The final exam is the only component of the course that will be graded, though there are knowledge checks along the way. You will not qualify to take the final exam if you do not complete all self-directed and collaborative activities leading up to the exam.
Certification does not expire.
You may reschedule your Certification in the Online Training Center as many times as you need to until your selected Certification course begins. At that point, you'll be locked into your selected date.
Certification is non-refundable, and Certification course access cannot be transferred to another employee at your organization.
