What do I do here?
Catalyst is the ultimate Everything DiSC learning platform. Learners use it to view their assessment results and discover their workplace personalities and preferences.
They also get immediate access to additional innovative features. They can compare the styles of their teammates, access conversation starters, and even ask for advice on collaborating with specific colleagues.

How do I get access?
To access the Catalyst learner platform, you'll need an administrator to send you an assessment. (If you're the administrator, you can send one to yourself!) Once you take the assessment, you'll be able to explore all Catalyst has to offer.

Learners will sign in at catalyst.everythingdisc.com/login.
Administer assessments and view your group's profiles
Catalyst- Administrator Experience
What do I do here?
Most of our customers are using the Catalyst platform and prefer to administer assessments via the Catalyst Administrator Experience. It keeps your administrative tasks organized in a simple, sleek dashboard.
Administrators can send out DiSC assessments and access to add-on content like Everything DiSC Worksmart within the Catalyst platform. They can also unlock the Catalyst Practitioner Experience (sold separately), which comes with 200+ customizable facilitation resources, access to additional group insights, a Practitioner Community you can interact with, and more.
How do I get access?
You'll need an administrative account.

What do I do here?
If you prefer to send traditional PDF profiles or The Five Behaviors profiles instead of Catalyst profiles, you'll complete all of your administrative tasks in EPIC. You can send out access codes for traditional PDF profiles, track assessment completion, and more.
If you plan to use the Catalyst Administrator Experience, EPIC is where you'll go to activate that administrator experience at no extra cost.
How do I get access?
If you're using EPIC to send out traditional PDF or The Five Behaviors profiles -
You'll need an administrative account. For users of traditional PDF profiles, the Workplace Admin Account is a popular option.

You'll need an administrative account, but you'll only need EPIC to activate the Catalyst Administrator Experience.
