Resending an access code or login
Because learners sometime lose them
You might need to send login information again to a learner if you didn't choose the "Send reminder" option when you first sent out an access code or if the learner lost the link to their report.
Just sign in to EPIC and follow these steps. No additional credits will be used when resending access or login emails.
Go to Manage Reports | Resend Login Information
Search for your learners.
Select the learners from the results. Click Next.
A list of names will be shown. Once you have verified the list, click the Resend Login Information button.
A confirmation pop-up will appear and you'll be able to change the Subject and/or add a Custom Message to the email.
You can create a custom subject line of the email to be sent out of EPIC. You can also add your own custom message.
Click OK to complete the process. No additional credits will be used when resending access or login emails.
